By creating an account or using Pixli ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Pixli is a web analytics platform that provides traffic analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, A/B testing, traffic quality scoring, click-level analytics, financial analytics, and related tools. The Service is provided via the Pixli dashboard (app.pixli.io) and the Pixli tracking script.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Pixli complies with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and local regulations) in the jurisdictions where your website operates.
You may only install the Pixli tracking script on websites you own or have explicit authorization to manage. You agree to:
The free plan is provided at no cost with usage limitations as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.
We offer a 14-day refund for annual plans if you are not satisfied with the Service. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of the transaction.
You retain full ownership of all analytics data collected through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
We will not access, use, or share your analytics data except as necessary to provide the Service, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Pixli and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pixli and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pixli in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixli harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that are harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
Upon account deletion, all associated analytics data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU.
